Power Washing

Before an After

Power washing your home before painting is the first step towards ensuring that you get a solid bond between the paint and your house.   The reason to wash any house, garage or commercial building is to remove dirt, algae, mildew, and oxidation that can cause paint failure which leads to voiding the paint manufactures warranty.

Loose and flaking paint should be scraped and then sanded.  Any damaged siding and trimDeck (facia and soffits) should be repaired before the house is painted.  Caulking joints in soffits, facia boards and especially where wood trim meets the stucco keeps moisture from getting into the wood or stucco. Moisture causes the wood to rot and decay.   The “PREP” is essential to ensure you won’t have to repaint your exterior for years to come.

A clean surface will  always allow the paint to adhere to your home better.  I have the best equipment available to power wash just about anything you need washed.  From decks to Fencerailings.  From fences to fireplaces.  From stucco to shake siding.  Anything that has been weathered by mother nature can be repaired and madeShake to look as beautiful as the day it was installed with a little prep before painting.  Chimneys are also one of my specialty services and they can be restored to almost original appearance.
